This class is comprehensive, going over all things birth, coping, partner support, postpartum, newborn care and breastfeeding basics. Because this class is just for you, this allows flexibility to give more time and attention to topics of particular interest.
A private birth class is generally 4-5 hours long and can be done all at once or split up into two sessions.
